Welcome to the Delaware Valley Chapter of HDI - a Global Organization of support professionals dedicated to sharing knowledge, lessons learned, tools, and methodologies used to provide outstanding technology support. We are the professional organization of choice for IT Service and Support professionals in the Delaware Valley.

The Delaware Valley Chapter received the prestigious Circle of Excellence Award in both 2006 and 2007. This award recognizes outstanding chapters for serving their membership and demonstrating the HDI Mission Statement via best practices.
