About HDI & NEWHDI

The Northeastern Wisconsin Chapter is a local chapter of the national HDI, also known as Help Desk Institute, was founded on May 16, 1991. Our membership is composed of Help Desk staff, consultants, technicians, managers, vendors and others who are active in the help desk, customer support and customer service fields. We introduce prominent speakers to not only help and assist with keeping the HDI members up to date, but also give inspiration and insight keeping members motivated.

NEW began in 1998 by several Fox Valley and Green Bay area organizations joining together to form a local chapter of HDI.

Awards & Highlights

We have received an award in HDI Website Excellence in 2000. Northeastern Wisconsin did it once and we have goals to show and prove how we are leading IT Service and Support.
