Past Education

The Great Lakes Higher Education (Madison, WI) will be hosting Help Desk Analyst Boot Camp classes. There are two sessions available including June 20-22 and June 27-29. Please don't miss this great opportunity for instructor-led training in your local area!  Please see the Great Lakes Flyer for additional details. There is one change to the training schedule it will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m.
