The HDI chapter of San Diego is a locally formed, voluntary, organization, endorsed by the International Help Desk Institute.
We are comprised of service and support professionals collectively working together through a board of directors to deliver information from the national organization, provide access to industry resources and encourage member collaboration by providing a forum where members can exchange ideas, share experiences, and discuss developing trends in the customer service and support industry.
HDI chapter of San Diego meetings provide a forum for you and your peers to:
- exchange ideas
- draw on the expertise of industry associates
- share information on industry trends and events
- enhance the stature of the Help Desk within members' respective organizations
- provide direct input to the National HDI organization as to possible conference speakers, training needs, and professional issues which HDI should be addressing.
