2018 Analyst of the Year Award Finalist
Ed Glapinski, Kavo Kerr
Representing the HDI Atlanta local chapter
Ed is viewed by his peers as a person who make himself available as much as he can. He is proficient in his skill set and takes his job as team lead seriously. Ed is not only skilled as a Gendex/Instrumentarium tech-he also knows some of the other brands we support better than the actual support group. He works diligently to provide both internal and external associates with all the knowledge needed to support whatever product presented. If he doesn't immediately have the answer, he will work diligently to provide you with the best answer based on the business needs. Ed always is willing to go that extra mile to provide stellar technical support. Ed should be considered for analyst of the year because he exceeds all requirements as to what a great analyst looks like.

HDI introduced the Analyst of the Year Award in 2004. Each year, HDI works jointly with the local chapters to identify and award the industry's top first-level support analyst. Support analysts who are nominated at the local chapter will have an opportunity to compete with their peers locally, regionally, and globally for this prestigious award.
The nominator presents to the local chapter a personal business profile of the nominee, including specific attributes that demonstrate the nominee's understanding of industry standards, commitment to excellent service, and record of consistently exceeding performance objectives.
The winners from each of HDI's four local chapter areas are invited to participate in the Analyst of the Year Award festivities held during the HDI Annual Conference & Expo. Robert Half Technology, the premier sponsor, provides each regional winner's conference registration.
The deadline to submit a nominations for the Analyst of the Year award is October 31.
