Chad Haftorson is a senior director of product management for Freshservice, where he develops the vision and product strategy for its core ITSM offering and leads execution against its roadmap to bolster Freshworks' position as the modern, intelligent ITSM solution for the mid-market. Prior to joining Freshworks, Chad led product management for the Remedyforce product (ITSM offering built on Salesforce) at BMC, as well as leading their platform and integration offerings. Prior to that, he led product management for cloud and on-premises offerings of project portfolio management solutions at Mercury/HP and Innotas. Way back, he's held roles in implementation consulting, support, and alliances.
