As the Chief Customer Officer at SupportLogic, I lead the vision and strategy for delivering exceptional customer experiences and outcomes. SupportLogic is a game-changing platform that leverages AI and natural language processing to transform support operations and drive business growth. I joined SupportLogic in July 2022, after a successful career in leading global support teams at Salesforce, Mulesoft, Oracle and Approva.
With over 30 years of experience in the support industry, I have a proven track record of creating and transforming support delivery organizations, managing all aspects of the support business, and collaborating effectively across teams and organizational boundaries. I have also developed highly effective strategies in fast-paced environments, and been recognized as a consistent high performer throughout my career. I am a main stage presenter, author, and motivator, with a passion for customer success and innovation. My mission is to empower support teams and leaders with the tools and insights they need to deliver value and satisfaction to their customers.
